Delivery
- All orders over $350 are delivered free of charge throughout Australia.
- Orders under $350 incur a delivery flat fee of $20.
- We aim to deliver the goods within 10 to 15 working days, subject to stock availability. We will advise you if a longer delivery time is expected due to stock unavailability and offer a refund. If a delay is expected on a part order we can despatch available goods when ready if you request so.
- Delivery of goods is by Australia Post or a transport carrier. If you are not at the delivery address to accept the order, the carrier will leave a collection card to arrange redelivery or a collection point.
- Delivery Tip: To ensure prompt delivery of goods, we recommend you use a business address or other location for someone to sign for the goods between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
