 In these conditions of trade, ‘Decorate on the Net’ or ‘We’ refers to Decorate on the Net.

Online Secure Shopping

Shopping online with Decorate on the Net can be done using PayPal, the most secure online transaction method available.

Warranty

Decorate on the Net complies with all Australian trading laws. We stand behind all our products  by ensuring that the goods fulfil strict conditions. All products supplied by Decorate on the Net:

• Are covered by a 12-month warranty to the original purchaser;
• Are free from defects and faults in materials and workmanship; and
• Are of a high level of quality, in accordance with the description given prior to sale.

If our goods do not fulfil any of these conditions, we will exchange the goods or provide a credit on the return of the goods.  In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the freight costs for returning the goods. To be entitled to a full refund, the buyer must return the goods within 7 days of the goods being received. 

Decorate on the net will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the goods are damaged due to:

• Misuse or abuse by the buyer;
• Improper installation of the goods by the buyer;
• Normal wear and tear; or
• Everyday exposure of materials and components to sunlight and the elements. 

All materials can lose their original condition over time, after general use and exposure. Refunds will not be awarded due to the purchaser’s dissatisfaction with colour choice.

Faulty goods must be returned in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept  products without the original packaging.

Delivery information

All ready-made product orders over $350 are delivered free of charge throughout Australia. This includes ready-made curtains, cushions, manchester and any other product bought online.  Orders under $350 incur a flat fee of $20 within Australia.

Most products are delivered within 10-15 working days, subject to stock availability. We will advise a customer at the time of ordering if a longer delivery time is expected. Delivery of items is by Australia Post or a transport carrier. If a carrier is used and the customer is not at the delivery address to accept the order, the carrier will leave a collection card to arrange re-delivery.

Creases

Packaged curtains may exhibit creases when initially unfolded. Over time (usually within 14 days of hanging).  Exposure to warmer weather will hasten disappearance.

Most of our fabrics are washable, but all washing directions on product labels should be followed carefully.
